Overview

AccelFix-XTP Expandable Lumbar Cage System for Anterior-to-Psoas approach features a curved interbody design to avoid the contralateral exiting nerve roots upon insertion for a safer procedure.

AccelFix-XTP Titanium alloy cages come in multiple sizes with starting heights of 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm that expand up to 4mm and are available in lordosis of 0°, 6°, 9° and 12°.

A unique inserter/expander with height expansion indicator allows for confirmation of height expansion. When used in conjunction with torque limiting handle, it helps mitigate over-distraction or endplate violation.
